Esta muy bien, solo que es demaciado ruidoso a horas inapropiadas, si debería de ver eso de los ruidos que si es algo molesto.
Reservamos una suite por Airbnb, llegamos a las instalaciones y nos dieron una habitación sencilla. Nos mencionaron que a ellos el registro les aparecía así, pero amablemente la persona de recepción nos solucionó el problema, por lo que recomiendo que mejor hagan la reservación directo con el hotel. La suite es muy bonita, limpia y buena opción para descansar. Cuentan con un estacionamiento cerrado a unos metros del hotel, el cual está disponible las 24 horas, solo hay que pedir que abran el portón. Es recomendable para cuando vayas a un evento en algunos de los jardines que están muy cerca.

On third party websites say that there is AC available, but it doesn't. Room is clean, but you have to open the windows and a lot of dust enters the room. Also there are discos around that make a lot of noise.
El personal muy desatento, no tienen conocimiento de lo básico para dar servicio a un huésped, no resuelven, las instalaciones están muy bien, todo con higiene y limpio. Solamente el encargados, jefe de los demás, él si sabe atender y resolver. Recomendable capacitar al personal. Volvería a regresar si se presenta la ocasión.
Considerando el costo de la noche de $500, a pesar de que el personal no lo consideró con la suficiente capacitación la atención fue muy buena. El cuarto lo encontré con las condiciones de higiene correctas, solo no contaba con amenidades de jabón y el shampoo lo sentí de baja calidad. Las instalaciones son cómodas y tiene en la azotea una parte muy agradable. No cuenta con elevador por lo que en mi caso subí las maletas al 3er piso. Si considera que es un poco ruidoso.
